Description

HANSHIN ACTIPLAZ® HP-3041 small sized low-temperature plasma sterilizer sterilizes the medical devices sensitive to high temperature or humidity quickly and gently by oxidizing and decomposing proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids of microorganisms on the materials to be sterilized with the free radicals and active oxygens generated by contacting with the vaporized hydrogen peroxide. ■ The Advantages of Low Temperature Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilizer · Safety of Medical Instruments The high-priced and precise medical devices and instruments which may be changed their properties and appearances unde a high temperature, pressure and humidity are sterilized without any change of material property under low temperature in a short time, therefore users are able to use them as ever for a longer time. · Highly Economical The operation efficiency of sterilizer and the turnover ratio of devices is much higher than EO gas sterilization because the sterilized devices are able to be used immediately without individual aeration process after sterilizing, therefore user needs not carry a large stock of instruments and the required cost can be reduced remarkably. · Environment Friendly The low temperature hydrogen peroxide sterilization is harmless to the environment and there is no lurking dangers to the operators and patients because the hydrogen peroxide gases used as sterilant are changed into the oxygen and a little amounts of water after sterilizing.
