The HJ External Fixation System(Hoffmann type) divided into 2 sub-groups for small and large framgent. Small framgent use the φ5.0 CF rod coupled with φ3.0~4.0 SS pins, and large fragment use the φ8.0 CF rod coupled with φ5.0~6.0 SS pins. The is indicated for external fixation of open and/or unstable fractures of the Humeral,Ulna,radius,tibia, femur, and spanning of the elbow,knee and ankle joints. The Temporary External Fixation is intended for stabilization where soft tissue injury may preclude the use of other fracture treatments of internal fixation, and is intended to be non-weight bearing.
