General System features the most widely used of all the HEBU U.R.S. Systems. It was designed to provide multi-directional surgical site exposure in a wide variety of abdominal procedures. Easy to assemble, it features both a solid and a segmented rind, two types of horizontal bars, tilting and non-tilting ratchets and a wide variety of general surgery blades, both rigid and malleable. Its use can be easily expanded by adding one or more of the HEBU U.R.S. Accessory Kits as seen elsewhere in this catalog. Other components such as the blade extender, twist ratchet or different blade sizes can be added to satisfy the needs of specific surgeons or procedures.
