In-mold labeling is uniquely suited for use on centrifuge tubes, ensuring optimal print quality while meeting the highest standards for cleanliness. ILSEMANN AUTOMATION systems use in-mold labeling (IML) during the manufacture of centrifuge tubes. The use of IML has long been the industry standard for food product packaging. Due to smart technology transfer, we have been able to implement this high-quality labeling process on consumer goods in the pharmaceutical industry. This avoids printing directly onto centrifuge tubes in the cleanroom, leading to improved print quality. The printing also lasts longer, is more resistant to solvent and can be flexibly used for many purposes.
