Our systems are designed for exacting applications, including the production of specialty closures and fitments. The unique design for take out and direct in-line assembly is ideal for the production of multi-component closures. Assembling paired cavities of multi-component, specialty closures and fitments greatly improves product quality for and is possible for up to 2×128 cavities. Lastly, the level of production quality must be monitored. This is done through several quality control checks carried out during the take out process and after product assembly.
