Thrombodynamics-4D PLS Kit is an in vitro diagnostic kit used to perform measurements of spatiotemporal dynamics of fibrin clot formation and thrombin generation in blood plasma samples. The kit is intended for professional use in the laboratory with Thrombodynamics Analyser System T2-T only. Reagent I (10 orange plastic tubes) The reagent contains lyophilized solution of protein-inhibitor intended for inhibition of reactions of the contact pathway of coagulation, fluorogenic substrate for thrombin activity measurement, and additives. Preparation: Reagent I is ready for use as packaged. Reagent II (10 blue plastic tubes) The reagent contains lyophilized mix of calcium salt and additives. Preparation: Reagent II is ready for use as packaged. Reagent PLS (1 vial - dark or neutral glass vial) Reagent PLS is a lyophilized suspension of phospholipid vesicles. Preparation: Reagent PLS should be reconstituted with 300 µL of distilled water before use.
