LOCTITE® 4311 is a cyanoacrylate-based, dual-cure (light/humidity) adhesive for a tack-free rapid, fillet or surface cure with minimal blooming. It bonds both rigid and opaque substrates, and is great for bonding plastics, metals, rubber, paper and ceramics.
