Hollow core construction prevents fibers from matting, thus dispersing pressure over a greater area, lowering vulnerability to pressure sore development. Coated cylindrical hollow core fibres provide soft comfortable support, while still keeping the rest of the foot cool. Breathable cover made of cotton/polyester cover provides maximum cool comfort.
