Hermesh 8 mesh, indicated for inguinal hernias with laparotomy and laparoscopic surgery, is macroporous and ultralight with quadriaxial knit technology. The “quadriaxial” knit technology, patented by Herniamesh provides a mesh with identical elastic modulus in all directions (isotropic), deforming less under tension.
