Vibrating dosing feeder SoliDos™

The SoliDos® vibration feeder conveys and doses solid matter in powder and granulate form gravimetrically from a storage container. Problematic solids like magnesium sulphate or metal chips are dosed seamlessly as well. The devices can be delivered customized in different sizes according to your needs. For gravimetric filling the control device LabDos®-gm is available. The vibration dosing principle in this particular design, opens up a range of interesting opportunities in applications involving sterility, toxicity or shearing-sensitivity. By exchanging the dosing nozzle, the dosing behaviour can be optimised for varying filling volumes.
