This is our double crank manual bed. It has two main functions: back section up/down and knee section up/down. Its key features are durable and easy to clean.
The core component of our manual bed is the screw system. Our screw system is the most advanced system. The outside tube is adopted seamless steel pipe, with no risk of bursting. Inside, there are reinforced and thickened copper alloy precision copper nuts. Combined with steel wire rod, it is particularly quiet and wear-resistant. Furthermore, our screw system also features bidirectional End-Position Protection. When the bed board reaches the highest or lowest position, the screw tube starts to rotate freely, no ultimate. This can prevent the screw rod and the copper alloy nut from being locked due to excessive force, to protect the screw tube and extend its service life.
The bed board constructed from cold-rolled steel, we use car metal plate technology and hydraulic molding, so this is a one-piece design, the board corners are smooth and seamless without dirt traps. The backrest features Dual-Support Load Distribution Structure to reduce screw stress. And we add steel tubes under the bed board for more stability and no bending.
We use welding robots for welding. All metal components of our beds are 100% robot-welded, proper depth of fusion and smooth welding seam.
We uses double coating technology for all metal workpieces. The coating process involves applying a uniform electrophoretic resin primer to the workpiece, followed by an electrostatic powder coating that is cured at high temperature. This combination ensures complete coverage, excellent adhesion, and a durable finish that significantly enhances anti-rust protection.
Our side rails are very stable, durable and easy to clean. The rail upright use hardened aluminum alloy tubing, ensure keeps it shape and won’t break. We replaced the original vertical tube design with a reverse-arch bent tube design, which provides impact resistance, and ensures sturdy. This ensures decades of wobble-free operation with silent, wear-resistant. The guardrail uses inverted structure, prevents liquid dripping, therefore, it’s easy to clean and prevents cross-infection and microbial build up. Our guardrail also features pinch-proof support bumpers, effectively preventing patients from accidentally pinching their hands when use.
The head board and foot board are made of engineering plastic using injection molding progress, making them sturdy and glossy. It also features a built-in steel tube reinforcement structure with a metal plug-in fixation design. The headboard/footboard switch is simple, red for lock, green for unlock, just turn it to green and lift it up to remove the head/foot board easily.
We use 5-inch casters and a central brake. With one brake pedal controls all four wheels. Its convenient for medical staff to operate alone.
