This is a multifunctional ICU bed. Its key features are safety, reliability and advanced technology.
Here’s how we ensure safety: Our product complies with the latest EU standard IEC60601-2-52, all the distance between the bed rails and between the bed rails and the headboard or footboard is less than 60mm and greater than 318mm. This prevents risks like stuck neck or accidental falls. The bedside rails and head/foot boards are made of engineering plastic and produced by blow molding process, with no seams. So it’s very easy to clean with no dead corners for dirt, effectively preventing bacterial growth. That’s why it’s perfect for ICU.
The motor and control system are the core components of an electric bed. We adopt the top-grade medical motors exclusively provided by LINAK of Denmark. Since 2014, we have established a strategic partnership to jointly develop the control systems for high-end hospital beds. Every motor is equipped with a backup nut. If the primary nut is damaged due to prolonged use or human error, the backup nut takes over the load, providing dual protection to prevent risks like bed collapse. Additionally, our motor, UPS backup battery, and control box are all made of fire-resistant materials, eliminating potential safety risks at the source.
This bed also leads in technology. The lateral tilting angle reaches 30 degrees. Tilt makes care easier, turning patients, preventing bedsores, and reduces nurses workforce.
We also have AUTO- regression function. When the backboard lifts, it moves backward at the same time, so as to reduce pressure on the bottom, stomach, and back, making patients more comfortable.
This bed is equipped with a one-button electric CPR function to quickly flatten the bed board. And it is also equipped with rapid manual CPR function to flatten the backboard, saving time for rescue. The nurse control includes a full range of functions, we adopt LCD display screen to monitor the angle and height adjustment in real time, meet the various body position requirements of the ICU.
We use 5-inch casters and a central brake. With one brake pedal controls all four wheels. Its convenient for medical staff to operate alone.
