Screw system : Our screw system is the most advanced system in Chinas medical bed industry, honored with a gold medal at the Hong Kong International Patent and Technology Expo. The outside tube is adopted a thickness of 8.0 seamless steel pipe, with no risk of bursting. Inside, there are reinforced and thickened copper alloy precision copper nuts. It is specially customized with Hopefulls exclusive formula, neither soft nor hard.

Side rails:Aluminal side rails with electrostatic powder coating. Double -coating technology from the car industry.So our bed could adapt to the rugged enviroment,suit for the hot/cold/wet/dry/acid/alkaline air condition very well. The siderail switch is located on the underside to prevent accidental activation by children. 

Central Locking System: Hopefull bed features a central locking system with 5 inch caster and brake pedals, which allow easy movement, even on very soft surfaces such as carpet.
