Why is there background noise? A low electrical noise can be present in digital amplification systems. Higher gain settings may increase perceived hiss. Recommended: insert the device in the ear before powering on, increase volume gradually, and allow an adaptation period of 2–3 weeks.

Device won't charge normally? Slightly adjust the hearing aid position on the charger to ensure magnetic contact. The charging LED indicates connection and full charge. Keep charging contacts clean and remove earwax from the device regularly.
