Introduce the trocar through the skin incision, rotate the trocar in the range of 30° to 90° during introduction, and press the trocar down gently and rhythmically during introduction. 5. After the puncture device enters the abdominal cavity or thoracic cavity, press the button button of the puncture core to remove the puncture core, leaving the puncture sleeve in its original position.
