Instructions for use

• Peel open the sterile pouch and remove the swab.
• Collect the sample according to clinical procedure, then place the swab into the tube and agitate.
• Snap the swab at the 78 mm breakpoint and securely tighten the cap.
• Label the tube with patient and sample information before transport.
