Overview The R-201 ND flow-wrapper for instant noodles is a mid-range modular packaging machine designed to produce single and multipacks with one or several sachets. The base line accepts plug-in modules to adapt formats from single packs with a single sachet to double and multipacks with multiple sachets on top. The machine integrates a built-in, fully synchronized sachet feeder and runs on a commercial PLC platform. Production capacity reaches up to 200 instant noodle cakes per minute. The hygienic open-frame design features fully inclined surfaces and no hollow bodies to provide full visibility and fast cleaning and maintenance.
