The OR integration system can help clinical staff to manage surgical videos and data more efficiently in smart operating rooms. Capable of integrating multiple videos and information systems into a single dashboard such as PACS, vital sign monitors, EMR, etc., our system also includes a dynamic tagging function where stakeholders can leave color-coded tags on the progress bar in between Sign-in, Time-out and Sign-out, for example, marking when anesthetic is inducted or where special attention is required -- a reference from Surgical Safety Checklist by WHO. Either voice control or hand gesture, during the operation, commands input for tagging are contactless, easing the hassle of extra movement. In addition, the OR integration system allows to share live video with other surgeons, staff, and students during conferences and classes for educational and reviewing purpose. This OR dashboard is designed specifically for today’s smart operating rooms and can help improve workflow in ORs, enabling staff to focus more on patient care rather than equipment.
