PATIENT COMFORT AND ERGONOMICS FOR MEDICAL STAFF This BHU has been designed with a logical division into two functional areas – one dedicated to the patient, the other to the medical personnel – what facilitates work organisation and increases the clarity of medical devices operation. ALL MEDIA IN A COMPACT FORM MERYcomfort comes with all the needed fittings: electrical and IT sockets, medical gas outlets and a nurse call system. Optionally, it can be fitted with a shelf for medical devices or bedside box. MULTI-ZONE LED LIGHTING MERYcomfort accommodates four types of lighting: general lighting, two types of patient’s lighting (reading and side) and night lighting – each separately switched from the unit. HIGH ESTHETICS AND HYGIENE A front made of Corian®, available in a wide range of colours, ensures not only an esthetically pleasing appearance but also ease of cleaning. Hospital rooms in the John Paul II Regional Hospital of Mazovia in Siedlce were supplied with MERYcomfort bed head units. These units are the solution where elegant design comes together with medical precision to offer comfort for the patients and quick and safe access to all media for medical personnel. The modular construction of the unit enables complete integration with gas, electrical and IT systems, together with multi-zone LED lighting. The cleverly designed division into patient and medical staff areas supports ergonomics and improves space organisation. This is an investment in comfort, safety and a modern standard of medical care.
