FAN FILTER VENTILLATION MODULE (FVM) FVM is a unique technology that is used for organization of clean environment in a laboratory or vivarium. The module is installed as an independetd unit or together with a local ventilation system to provide clean room conditions. MAIN FEATURES: ✅ Compact solution for a clean rooms. FVM provides a clean air flow with up to 1120 m3/h under normal conditions (20 °C, 101.3 kPa) and an overpressure at the module’s outlet of 50 to 100 Pa. Module ventilation system is possible to operate in a fully or partially air recirculation bypass mode with regulated air intake and exhaust at least 30% ✅ Double protection of your researches. Ventilation module is equipped with HEPA filter and can be additionally supplied with powerful UV radiation lamp (option) for air disinfection of pathogens. ✅ Decontamination and disinfection. Working with BSL laboratories decontamination of all contact entire parts is required. For this purpose it is foreseen a special place for decontamination of FVM by recirculation of formaldehyde inside the unit with gas removal via ventilation system. ✅ Visual indication. FVM is equipped with a visual filter change indication system. When filter is necessary to be changed the front pannel turns red. ✅ Microprocessor control. The automatic control unit of the module is implemented on the basis of a single-board computer with software for automatic control of the module. •Monitoring of measured parameters for compliance with the specified and acceptable values; •Signal transmission – air pressure at the module outlet.
