Product overview The Metro TableWorx stainless steel perforated work table combines Type 304 stainless construction with a precision perforated top engineered for cleanroom and controlled-environment applications. Designed to support electronics assembly, pharmaceutical production, laboratory workflows and other low-turbulence processes while meeting ISO 14644-1:2015 requirements.
Perforated Top The 16-gauge electropolished Type 304 stainless steel top features 0.625-inch holes at 0.875-inch staggered spacing, providing a 46.3% pass-through to promote laminar airflow and minimize particle accumulation on the work surface.
Base and Mobility This configuration uses an all-stainless I-frame base suitable for use as a footrest or two-sided seating. Stationary models include leveling bullet feet with up to 1.125 inches (29 mm) of adjustment for uneven floors. Mobile-ready models accept 1-inch (25 mm) diameter Metro stem casters (casters not included). Recommended casters: see spec sheet 58.02.
Customization and Accessories Metro TableWorx tables are configurable to match process requirements. Available accessories include shelves, SmartWall grids, drawers, baskets and productivity risers to build a complete cleanroom workstation.
ESD Options Stationary and mobile-ready models can be converted for ESD-safe operation using a Metro ESD conversion kit (sold separately), protecting sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge.
