Description

This is another addition in the Flexible-Tip blade family. The highly popular MAXlite has been modified and a flexible-tip has been added. Now user who preferred the MAXlite blades for their integrated F.O bundles, can have this additional feature available for difficult intubations. As its parent design, MAXlite Flex-tip blade is easy to clean, decontaminate and contributes largely to elimination of cross-infection. A lever controls the tip angle during intubation to lift the epiglottis, giving a clear view of the vocal cords. Contact with the upper row of teeth and unnecessary pressure on the tongue and soft tissue are avoided. FEATURES: 4.5mm diameter F.O bundle with more than 6,500 individual fiber strands. Matt finished to reduce glare. No Chrome plating. High quality fibers ensuring excellent light transmission. 6,000 lux with 2.5V Xenon/Halogen lamp and 13,000 lux with 3.5 V Xenon/Halogen lamp. Maintenance free. Available in size 2, 3 & 4. Movable tip facilitates difficult intubation. Reduced likelihood of damage to teeth and soft tissues. Specially designed blades for easy intubation. Long Life. Invotech offers a 3 years maintenance free Warranty. Made from Austenitic Stainless steel thereby making them rust proof. Autoclavable up to 134°C approximately 4,000 times. No adverse affect in using ETO, steam autoclaving, or by soaking in Sporax or Cidex. Can sustain Plasma Sterilization.
