Description

High security isolators of the RD line guarantee a high degree of containment with the consequent high safety for the operator and the environment. The project was carried out to create a range of isolators suitable for protecting the environment and the operator when handling harmful and toxic substances or dangerous microbiological agents. Containment is achieved by maintaining negative pressure between work areas with turbulent airflow. 1) Anteroom for loading the material to be processed 2) Work chamber equipped with gloves for safe handling of the product. 3) Support support External dimensions: - Model RD 602: 1400 x 700 x 2150 mm (LxWxH) - Model RD 603: 1900 x 700 x 2150 mm (LxWxH) - Model RD 604: 2300x700x2150mm (LxWxH) Weight: - Model RD 602: about 350 kg - Model RD 603: about 420 kg - Model RD 604: about 500 kg The isolators of this line comply with the following standards: Test criteria ISO 10648-1, ISO 10648-2, ISO 14644-7 for the design, construction and containment / sealing for glove boxes and insulators. Machinery Safety Directive 2006/42 / EC.
