At the heart of the Ivotion® Denture System is the monolithic Ivotion disc, which integrates both tooth and denture base materials, enabling the fabrication of fully individualized complete dentures in a single, continuous milling process. After milling, the only remaining step is polishing the finished denture.
The Shell Geometry is a three-dimensional structure within the Ivotion disc that connects the tooth and denture base materials. This material architecture is based on anatomical data which lays the foundation for precise digital customization. During the CAD design process, the Shell Geometry enables the patient-specific adaptation of upper and lower dentures, regardless of jaw shape or size. This allows for the efficient and reproducible production of dentures that combine a high accuracy of fit with natural esthetics – truly reflecting patient expectations.
