Overview
The JPTC-TR is a practice needle holder designed for surgical training. The handle is made of titanium alloy, making the instrument approximately 30–40% lighter than stainless steel. The jaw contains a sintered tungsten carbide tip for secure needle gripping. A cleaning port allows wet-lab practice as well as dry-lab use. This product is intended to provide handling characteristics comparable to clinical instruments while being for training purposes only.
