The JD P.A.G.A. Drill has been designed to prepare the osteotomy in both apical and crestal areas in the trans-sinus insertion protocol. Coupling with the bushing (JDBGPAGA) prevents oscillation of the drill during guided surgery, ensuring to center the precise point previously identified during the surgical guide design.

The drill is characterized by a 2.4 mm lanceolate tip followed by a 4 mm diameter cylindrical body. This tool applies JDNasal and JDIcon Plus LE implant guided surgery with trans-sinus protocol and anchorage in the nasal bone or alternatively in the pterygoid bone (P.A.G.A. = Pterygoid Anatomy Guided Approach).
