Description

Reliable, energy-efficient dryer with steam and gas heating with tilt-free unloading and faster drying times Designed for the fully automatic shaking as well as pre- and full drying of water extracted linen batches. Based on the JENSEN D5 design, plus an extra air recirculation feature that blows exhaust air back into the drum, increasing evaporation performance (XFlow) and allowing for tilt-free faster unload times (AirWave). High evaporation performance with low consumption. Steam and gas heating options available. Optional additional tilt-unloading on the JENSEN D6 for even faster unloading times. Higher evaporation performance The JENSEN D6 inner drum comes standard with elongated drying holes that provide even greater air circulation and 5-7% higher evaporation performance. This translates into faster cycle times and is ideal for items like towels and sheets; (standard holes available as an option) The XFlow function makes gives the JENSEN D6 an superior edge when it comes to evaporation. Redirected airflow within the dryer further increases air exchange, resulting in a 10-15% higher evaporation capacity. Efficient unloading The JENSEN D6 offers a tilt free unloading solution, thanks to its unique AirWave function, a powerful redirected air blast from the front of the dryer that blows the linen out the rear of the drum. Without any wasted tilting time, AirWave’s air blast unloading function is faster than the standard tilt dryers. It also eliminates the need for flexible connections.
