The disposable electronic ureteropelvic endoscopy catheter is a sterile, sterilized product. The product consists of two main parts: an operating handle with directional controls and connecting wires, and a flexible insertion tube. The endoscopic catheter can be used with surgical accessories such as: biopsy forceps, laser fiber, guidewire, grasping forceps, and lithotripsy basket. The flexible introducer tube of the endoscopic catheter contains a working channel. The working channel allows passage of the associated surgical accessory and allows for irrigation/contrast. The handle includes a directional control lever that controls the direction of the curved portion and a working channel port. The working channel port can be used to pass the surgical accessory or irrigation/contrast solution. This product is a disposable medical device that is used in conjunction with our medical endoscope image processor, enters the body through the urethra, provides images through the display, and is used for imaging in the observation, diagnosis, and treatment of the urethra, bladder, ureter, and renal pelvis.
