Description

Vertical Cartoning Machine ZV60 is a mechanically driven, intermittent motion vertical cartoner, it is suitable for packaging cosmetic and pharmaceutical products that require vertically loading into a carton at speeds of up to 60 cartons per minute. The standard pre-glued cartons are pulled via vacuum from the carton supply magazine. The bottom of the carton is closed by tuck-in or hot-melt closure methods, after closure, the carton is then transferred (vertically) to the product loading area. The products can be manually loaded into cartons vertically, operators can stand or sit while loading at the ergonomically designed hand loading area, they also can adopt automatic feeding systems (optional). After loading, the top of the carton is closed, tuck-in or hot-melt closure methods are available. At the end of the machine, the completed cartons are then automatically discharged from the machine to a conveyor. The machine can connect with other subsequent packaging equipment, such as Overwrapper, Case Packer, etc., to form a complete packaging line. Max.Output: 50 cartons/min.
