The TEMPOSEAL-UTC is a sophisticated bag sealing machine with multiple seal validation controls, bag recognition, and automatic management of compliant or non-compliant bags. It is equipped with precise temperature readings, compressed air pressure sensors, sealing time control, associated with a "Recipe" type parameter memorization system, which can be linked to the recognition of the bags to be sealed. This machine makes it possible to effectively seal with precision, repeatability, and monitoring of bags of heat-sealable materials. When the cycle is correct the bag will be evacuated to the left of the operator and counted as a finished product. In case of anomalies during the sealing cycle the bag will be eliminated by moving to the right of the operator to fall into the reject bin where it will be counted as a defective bag. The operator will be informed of the fault detected directly on the screen. It proceeds 3 levels of access protected by personalized identification codes. The PLC can be equipped with the Siemens Audit trail system for production monitoring.
