Electrocardiogram (ECG) — New Core ParameterECG monitoring is the core upgrade in this section. It continuously captures the electrical signals of each heartbeat via electrodes attached to the body surface, presenting them as waveforms and numerical data.
What Can It Do?- Monitor Heart Rate and Rhythm: Real-time, precise display of beats per minute (heart rate) and whether the rhythm is regular.
- Analyze ST Segment: Continuously observes changes in the ST segment of the ECG, crucial for early detection of myocardial ischemia such as angina or infarction.
- Identify Arrhythmias: Automatic analysis and alarms for 20–27 arrhythmia types (e.g., ventricular premature beats, atrial fibrillation) to help clinicians detect conduction abnormalities promptly.
- Multi-lead synchronous analysis: Supports 3- or 5-lead connections to view cardiac electrical activity from multiple perspectives for improved localization.
- Measurement method: Signal acquisition uses dedicated ECG leads and disposable electrode pads placed on the chest.
Core Parameter Overview- ECG — Cardiac electrical activity, heart rate and rhythm; used to diagnose arrhythmias, myocardial ischemia and assess cardiac function.
- NIBP — Systolic, diastolic and mean arterial pressure; used to evaluate circulatory status and guide fluid resuscitation and medications.
- SpO2 — Arterial blood oxygen saturation; used for early detection of hypoxemia and guidance of oxygen therapy or ventilator settings.
- TEMP — Surface or core body temperature; used to assess infection/inflammation and monitor temperature trends.
- PR — Pulse rate per minute; often measured with SpO2 to reflect peripheral circulation and contraction frequency.
