Alcater ST Tape provides excellent strength, better abrasion resistance than polyester, better handling and knot security/ strength. Alcater ST Tape sutures offered in a tape configuration. Advantages: Abrasion resistance is higher than polyester. Round-to-flat structure; provides a smooth transition. With its flat surface of the tape structure, it helps to support and distribute the loads. Provides larger surface area fixation with its broad, flat, braided structure compared to traditional suture. Colored warp strands enhance the visibility. Available in many colors: solid black, blue, white, white & blue, blue & black.
