The ability to generate reports offline on a separate offline PC provides added flexibility and efficiency in the use of the Kaye Validation systems.All reports are generated from secure encrypted Qualification data files that can only be read by the Common Reporting Tool software. The reports are saved as pdf files ready for signature and organized under the corresponding asset for viewing and reprints.Any changes made to the Edit Groups or Calculations does not change the raw encrypted Qualification file.
