It enables you to create reports from your Kaye Validator AVS or ValProbe RT Qualification study files, offering a practical solution for documenting the results of your validation studies.Using your Kaye console, you can generate qualification study files and transfer them to your PC using the sync-out function over a network drive, a step that effectively sets up for practical report generation in the convenience of your office. The software also allows you to export reports to a dedicated network drive for easy paperless integration.The new version 1.5 supports merging of up to three Kaye Validator AVS or ValProbe RT study files into one single report. Additionally, it enables users to merge study files of Validator AVS with ValProbe RT study files, improving efficiency and consolidation of validation reports.New reports are also available for the validation of climatic and thermostatic chambers, ensuring compliance with AFNOR FD X15-140 or IEC 60068 normative documents for ValProbe RT. The ability to generate reports offline on a separate offline PC provides added flexibility and efficiency in the use of the Kaye Validation systems.All reports are generated from secure encrypted Qualification data files that can only be read by the Common Reporting Tool software. The reports are saved as pdf files ready for signature and organized under the corresponding asset for viewing and reprints.Any changes made to the Edit Groups or Calculations does not change the raw encrypted Qualification file.
