Overview
Kaye Common Reporting Tool (CRT) and WebCRT provide validation-grade report generation from Kaye Validator AVS and ValProbe RT study files. CRT 1.8 is a Windows desktop application for offline report creation; WebCRT 1.0 is a centralized browser-based platform hosted on the Kaye Data Center (KDC) for multi-user and server-based reporting.

Common Reporting Tool (CRT) 1.8 — Desktop reporting for Windows
CRT 1.8 is a downloadable Windows application that creates qualification and equipment reports from encrypted Validator AVS and ValProbe RT study files. Files can be transferred from Kaye consoles or network shares for offline processing. Reports can be exported to spreadsheet (.xlsx) for signature and archival. A 30-day free trial of the desktop application is available.

WebCRT 1.0 — Centralized browser-based reporting
WebCRT 1.0 provides CRT functionality in a secure web environment hosted on the KDC server. It consolidates AVS and VRT data, enables centralized deployment and version control, and supports multi-user access without local installation.

Security and usability
All CRT study files use an encrypted, CRT-only, tamper-proof format accessible only via CRT software. The system supports Microsoft Active Directory for user and permission management and follows Kaye’s asset-centric interface conventions for consistent workflows across desktop and web.
