Measures tablet weight, height, diameter and hardness Integrated operation with tablet press Continuous quality control Suitable for all common tablet formats The TabCheck 4 is in use in the pharmaceutical industry as a table-top or full-height model in labs or in small-batch production with fully-automatic process monitoring. This version contains all of the know-how from preceding models. The result of their development comes from close cooperation with the pharmaceutical industry. Patented tablet separation technology The tester is suitable for all common tablet shapes and is easy to adapt using the proven star-transport system. The automatic sampling permits continuous quality monitoring of tablet weights. The test specimens are measured for thickness and diameter and tested for resistance to breakage. The patented separation rim increases reliability and optimizes the measurement results. The test station is cleaned fully-automatically and efficiently after each individual tablet using special dust removal and cleaning devices. 21 CFR part 11 conforming software Optional interface software can be used to control the fill level adjustment of the tablet press. The integrated calibration and adjustment function permits simple servicing. As a stand-alone version, a software package supports batch management, validation documentation and test assessment. For this purpose, data on tablet height, diameter and hardness are collected automatically. Software operation is intuitive.
