Description

The mobile and compact tablet press for bi-layer tablets RoTab Bilayer dominates the supreme discipline of bi-layer tablet development and production with perfection. Our most versatile tablet press for tablet development Production & R&D Single and bi-layer tablets EU/IPT B, D etc. max. 48,000 tabs/h Scale-Up 15" Touchscreen Miniaturized production machine concept The miniaturized production machine concept enables a smooth and fully transparent scale-up to be conducted. All kind of punch formats can be used. A complete form part change can be conducted in under 45 minutes. The RoTab Bilayer is also designed for operation with only one occupied punch station. The sampling for the 1st layer is possible at the push of a button during production. Anti-cross-contamination minimizes a “mixing” of the layers thanks to two suction bars for the 1st and 2nd layers with separate special suction units. Low-maintenance and intuitively operating Adjustable automatic punch lubrication and a maintenance-friendly design keep lifecycle costs low. For operation in sensitive laboratory environments, the table press machine has been damped to reduce noise and vibration. A modern 15″ touchscreen enables the user to monitor and visualize the machine parameters such as pressing forces, tablet output and output force.
