The AQUARIUS-LD is a newly designed Multifunctional Hybrid Single-sided Lab Scale Tablet Press capable of producing standard single layer, Bi-layer and Dry Coated tablets all on the same machine. Changeover is enhanced by our unique module concept, which creates a quick and easy exchange from Bi-layer to Dry Coating. Also it is suitably designed for R&D / Lab applications with a small scale Induced Die Feeder and Hopper for less powder usage. PRODUCT FEATURES It has B type keyed upper punch sockets, 5 ton main compression rollers, and 2.2kW electric motor. The speed of the turret is 5~30/DC(15/2L) rpm yielding a throughout capacity for a 9 station press of 2,700 to 16,200/DC (8,100/2L) tablets per hour. The machine dimensions are approx.W690mm×D660mm×H1,505mm. The external finish is stainless steel. The powder/tablet contact parts are arranged from Stainless Steel 316 with mechanical polishing.
