Description

The Matrix 2380 Strip Cut & Place Module offers a means of cutting diagnostic test strips and delivering them to plastic housings, bandolier webs, or other products. The easily adjustable infeed guide allows the feeding of narrow or wide materials, while the integral card magazine allows for continuous feeding of laminated card components to the process. The touchscreen operator interface terminal continuously displays current strip width, quantity and calibration selections, as well as warning and instructional screens for maximum flexibility and performance. Utilizing Kinematic’s proven guillotine strip cutting technology, the Matrix 2380 allows for extremely long blade life while cutting even the most demanding materials. The Matrix 2380 is modular in design allowing it to be integrated into a variety of assembly processes. With minimal change parts and simple adjustments from the operator touchscreen, the module may be utilized to process a wide variety of different test strip products, providing utility that is unsurpassed in the industry.
