DuraOrinex™ Sterile Dura Matrix is a biological matrix designed for the repair and reconstruction of cranial and spinal dural defects. Also known as a Dural Repair Patch (Cranial & Spinal), it is made from decellularized bovine pericardial tissue and preserves a natural extracellular matrix structure to support dural coverage, tissue attachment, and progressive integration.
Engineered for neurosurgical use, DuraOrinex™ Sterile Dura Matrix features a dual-sided structure: the smooth side is intended to face neural tissue, while the rough side supports contact with surrounding host tissue. The matrix is flexible, conformable, and can be trimmed intraoperatively to match the defect size.
