The MyPCRTM is designed to use personally under the best cost-effectiveness of manufacturing technology.
The MyPCRTM is available to suit 25 wells (0.2 ml) with the Personal Computer monitoring GUI or android OS in order for easy-to-use. The MyPCRTM is compact and has passed various evaluations for reliable operation. MyPCRTM GUI software logs the all events during thermocycling into the PC hard disk.
The beta-globin gene extracted from the C33 cell line was amplified by the MyPCR''' and the final products were compared to them of the conventional Thermocycler.
