Description

Product Overview
Labotemp Nanodrop Spectrophotometer NSP-01 is a micro-volume spectrophotometer for rapid, accurate quantification of nucleic acids, proteins and other biomolecules. It requires only 0.5–2 µl sample volume and supports direct measurement without dilution. The instrument covers 190–900 nm with 1 nm wavelength accuracy and features automatic optical path switching (0.02–1 mm) to handle both low and high concentration samples.

Key Advantages
  • Micro-volume measurement: accurate DNA, RNA and protein quantification from 0.5 µl.
  • Wide spectral range (190–900 nm) with automatic path switching for broad concentration coverage.
  • Designed to meet ISO and CE requirements.
  • Fast throughput: measurements completed in under 5 seconds.
  • Durable sample pedestal (304 stainless steel and quartz) for easy cleaning and long-term use.

Features
  • Measurement time < 5 seconds.
  • Micro-volume sampling: 0.5–2 µl.
  • Full wavelength scanning 190–900 nm at 1 nm resolution and accuracy.
  • Automatic optical path lengths: 0.02 / 0.05 / 0.1 / 0.5 / 1 mm.
  • OD600 function for monitoring bacterial, yeast and microbial growth.
  • Compact, portable design suitable for benchtop and field use.
  • Built-in thermal printer and USB export with large internal storage.
  • 2048‑unit CMOS linear array detector and xenon flash lamp light source.
  • Intuitive operation system for efficient workflows.

Applications
  • DNA & RNA quantification for PCR, sequencing and cloning workflows.
  • Protein analysis for biochemical and proteomics studies.
  • Microbial growth monitoring via OD600 for culture monitoring.
  • Clinical and diagnostic biomolecular analysis.
  • Environmental and food testing for biological sample analysis.
