Overview
Labotemp CO₂ incubator for cell culture LCI-101 provides stable and precisely controlled conditions for mammalian cell culture, tissue engineering, stem cell research, IVF labs, microbiology and pharmaceutical applications. Key performance: 160 L chamber, temperature control from ambient +5°C to 60°C with ±0.1°C accuracy, CO₂ range 0–20%, six-side heating for uniformity (≤±0.4°C at 37°C), and an imported IR CO₂ sensor for continuous monitoring and rapid recovery after door opening.

Contamination control and operation
The unit includes a 90°C high-temperature sterilization cycle to reduce contamination risk, a 99.99% efficient microbial filter on the CO₂ inlet and a natural evaporation humidification system with a 4 L water reservoir. Operation is via a 7-inch smart touchscreen with real-time display, USB export for traceability and audible/visual alarms. Fast recoveries: temperature recovery ≤5 minutes and CO₂ recovery ≤6 minutes (after 1 minute door opening).
