Description

Product Overview
Labotemp 20L Vacuum Filter with Pump LVF-101 provides vacuum-assisted liquid–solid filtration for laboratory workflows that require faster separation than gravity filtration. The system integrates a 20 L spherical collecting bottle, G3.3 high-borosilicate glass filtration assembly, PTFE Ø230 mm sieve plate and a SUS304 movable framework with an integrated water-circulating vacuum pump. The setup draws liquid through filter paper or filter cloth while retaining solids on the filtration medium.

Integrated Pump and Operation
The integrated water-circulating vacuum pump offers a pumping capacity of 100 L/min, a 57 L water tank and a 550 W motor, producing a maximum vacuum degree of −0.098 MPa. Connections include a DN50 suction port, Ø35 mm exhaust port and a DN25 discharge valve; the pump provides a 300 mm discharge height from ground. The pump supports recirculated cooling-water operation for compatible reaction equipment and includes multiple suction connections and check valves for safe recirculated operation.
