The RT-01 Ink Rub Tester is designed for abrasion resistance testing of surface coating layers of printed materials, including ink layers and photosensitive (PS) coatings. It identifies abrasion failures, ink detachment and insufficient coating hardness.

Features

• 4 test modes: dry rub, wet rub, wet transfer and wet smear; 4 selectable test speeds: 21, 42, 85, 106 cpm.
• Dual stations with arc reciprocating movement allow simultaneous testing of identical or distinct specimens.
