Description

Plasma EDGE™ TruBipolar™ PlasmaLEP™ Enucleation bipolar electrode from Lamidey Noury Medical for the Transuretral enucleation of the prostate (TUEP) - a unique design which combines a strong mechanical pushed structure wire and energy where it’s required - the pushed structure wire can separate the adenoma mechanicaly and the energical help to cut precisely and coagulate during the separation - since both sides of the wire are insulated, the energy is precisely given exactly where it’s needed without the risk of a perforation - the capability to perfectly coagulate during and after adenoma removal gives an all-in-one solution compared to a laser option where post bipolar coagulation can be required - compared to a costly laser set up, our bipolar enucleation is just an extra reference to get Plasma EDGE™ offers all the advantages of the bipolar resection with an efficiency and a safety higher than a monopolar current: - irrigation through saline solution - ignition of the plasma without any delay - efficient hemostasis (low transoperatory or postoperatory bleeding) - no carbonization of the tissues, nor thermal diffusion - true bipolar electrode with return of the current integrated inside the electrode which avoids the electrification of the sheaths that are in contact with the patient
