Operation and capabilities
NOVO Go connects to a responder or alarm receiving centre at the press of a button and can provide immediate location details when an alarm is activated. It supports continuous monitoring or on-demand positioning and can be configured as a passive safety device for users with cognitive impairment. Dual positioning technologies ensure fast and reliable location determination.

Modes of use

• Stand-alone mobile device with cellular connectivity for use away from home.
• Home Hub mode when placed in the NOVO Go DOCK, enabling fixed-hub functions and connection of additional wellbeing devices.
• Combined use with a fixed Home Hub: functions as an indoor pendant to preserve battery life when at home.

NOVO Go DOCK (Docking station)

• Integrated loudspeaker and simple charging cradle.
• Additional emergency/function button on the Dock.
• Device locator function (find my NOVO Go).
• Backup battery to keep NOVO Go charged.
• Automatic Home/Away detection via DOCK or fixed Home Hub and configurable power-saving modes.

• Centralised device management: monitor, program and manage NOVO Go devices remotely in real time via CMP.
