Product descriptionThe RF-Waaler Test is a rapid slide agglutination test based on a modification of the Waaler-Rose technique for the detection and semiquantification of rheumatoid factors (RF) in serum. The determination is made by assaying a suspension of stabilized sheep red blood cells sensitized with rabbit gamma globulin against problem sera. The presence or absence of visible agglutination is indicative of the presence or absence of RF in the tested samples.
