Product descriptionThe Rose Bengal test (buffered Brucella antigen) is a rapid slide agglutination technique for detecting anti-Brucella antibodies in animal and human sera. The reagent reacts with both IgG and IgM antibodies, allowing earlier detection of subclinical infections and prolonged detection in chronic cases compared with conventional tube procedures. Determination is performed by mixing the buffered Brucella suspension (pH 3.6) colored with Rose Bengal with the test serum and observing visible agglutination.
