Description

Condenser in stainless steel AISI304 with mirrored sanitary polishing with capacity of up to 5.0 kg of ice/24 hours and total capacity of 8.0 Kg. Allows the quick removal of the condenser’s ice block prior to defrosting. Enables to freeze material inside the condenser; Transparent chamber in acrylic without splices with 30 cm and superior cover in stainless steel with 12 faucets or integral chamber in stainless steel with 24 faucets. Faucets in neoprene or silicone with vacuum relief system for fitting flasks with 19 cm mouth. Adapter in neoprene or silicone with variable fitting for flasks or 7.0, 8.5 or 10.0 cm; Rack with 6 or more shelves for trays up to 18cm removable and interchangeable according to the flasks’ height; Front panel in polycarbonate with easy-to-operate lighted switches and LCD display with indications of vacuum and temperature in the condenser, timer in hh:mm:SS format and tension. Serial output and proper software for issuing freeze-drying reports with variables of vacuum, temperature and tension X time; Dimensions without considering the acrylic chamber: 62 x 40 x 40 (width x depth x height) with the acrylic chamber the total height is 83 cm. May be installed in laminar flow type-hood. Includes a dual stage vacuum pump with rotary vanes greased with oil, speed of 20.4 m3/h (340 Ipm), with ballast gas system for removing water vapors and exhaust filter. OPTIONAL Flask closing system with vacuum or modified atmosphere and trays heating with digital temperature controller; Dry vacuum pump for freeze-drying of products with presence of organic solvents or acids.
