Lode Body Weight Support System – Enabling Safe and Effective Gait Rehabilitation The Lode Body Weight Support System (BWSS) is specifically developed to support patients during gait training who are unable to walk independently. It provides up to 80 kg of adjustable weight compensation, promoting safe and progressive rehabilitation. The system uses an advanced spring-based compensation mechanism that ensures smooth and stable support. Adjustments can be made quickly and precisely via a remote control, allowing for patient-specific therapy. With an inner width of 110 cm, the BWSS is compatible with most treadmills. It includes a comfortable medium-sized harness and is also available in an XL variant to accommodate wider treadmills. The standard height of 2.5 m fits most clinical environments. For taller patients (over 215 cm) or rooms with higher ceilings, optional height extension components are available, adding an extra 18 cm of clearance.
