Reclining surface and side rails
The HB 4010 provides a four-part sleeping surface with an optional ABS surface panel. Plastic side rails feature one-hand operation for quick release and easy cleaning; the head-end rail integrates a clear control panel. Angle displays are integrated into all side-rail elements, enabling precise adjustment of backrest and thigh support.

Integrated bed extension
The integrated telescopic bed extension adjusts without tools via a quick-release mechanism. The system extends in two stages (10 / 20 / 30 cm) while all bed functions remain fully usable. For 20 cm or 30 cm extensions an optional mattress insert is recommended.
